After months of similar issues they eventually canceled my original order and make a new order which had my latitude at the door a week later in February.

Regarding call centers, how is this for a quandry..... Lloyds Offshore Banking (no pun intended) doesn&#039;t have an offshore call center, a human answers the call (with a real british accent) and deals with everything. It feels like you are phoning up your local bank manager to ask a favour. Fan-bloody-tas-tic. Now how about bringing that service onshore!</description>
